SIAR-Bishkek has a compact structure. The agency
staff make up highly professional specialists,
graduated from leading universities of Kyrgyzstan
and Russia, having experience of work in international
organizations and being trained in USA, Europe
and Japan. Working languages in the company are
Russian, Kyrgyz and English.
There are also employees not on the permanent
staff: consultants from different spheres (economy,
medicine, education etc.), and also skilled focus
group discussion’ moderators, data entry operators,
transcribers. Developed net
of interviewers allows conducting a field
works in any part of Kyrgyzstan in shortest period
of time.

Coordination and control over the field works
in 7 regions of the country is done through the
experienced regional supervisors, each of whom
works for “SIAR-Bishkek” at least for three years.
There are more than 100 trained interviewers works
over the territory of the republic. Majority of
interviewers speak Russian and Kyrgyz, and those
who work in Southern regions also fluent in Uzbek.
Management of SIAR-Bishkek realizes how important
it is to have faultless quality of conducted field
works. Therefore, all of the supervisors and interviewers
were carefully selected, trained and all of them
have an experience of participating in different
surveys. For every new research or survey trainings
are held for supervisors and interviewers.
